1. Flashings:
Flashing is provided at important junctions of a building like roof hips and valleys, joints between the walls and the roofs, roof intersections with chimneys, vent pipes, window openings and so on. The main functions of flashing for buildings are:
1. To direct water that is penetrated behind the cladding on a wall out to the exterior
2. To protect an interface between two different enclosure elements like roof to wall.
3. To reduce moisture loading on any of the building enclosure
2. Fasteners:
We supply all types of fastener Nut, Bolts, Washer, Screws, Rivets, Anchor Bolts, U Bolts and Foundation Bolts. high strength GI bolts conforming to the physical specifications of Grade 8.8 or 4.6.
3. Turbo Ventilator & Base Plate:
Turbo Ventilators are used in industrial roof which rotates naturally to remove heat from inside of structure. They are self-driven equipment which extracts inside air and maintains the cool atmosphere. The standard used in the industry is 21” dia ventilator. Base plate is the material used to attach the ventilator to roof.
4. Polycarbonate Sheet:
They are transparent sheets combined with steel to enable the maximum penetration of sunlight into the industrial area. These sheets have replaced glass and acrylic sheets because of their high quality and thickness.The transparent polycarbonate sheets are protected against UV rays and are highly resistant to their impact
5. Sandwich Panel:
These panels obtain their name as “sandwich” because the core insulation layer is sandwiched between two metal sheets. The core layer supports the outer layers, thus leading to a composite block with high structural strength. Other than the insulation properties and structural strength, sandwich panels are also widely used for since they are lightweight and affordable. These panels are easy to install and durable construction ensures that theyserve you for lifetime without any glitch.
The core layer is the element that has insulation properties. It helps retain room temperature, having the outside heat radiated off the walls. Due to this reason, insulated sandwich panels are widely used in office buildings, portable site offices, factories and other industrial enclosures where there is human activity. Also, buildings with these panels installed help you save on electricity costs that is otherwise incurred from running air conditioners to keep the interior cool. 6. Galvanised Pole:
We also manufacture galvanised steel pole ranging from 3 m – 30 mtr height with high grade steel. It is corrosion resistant product which is primarily used for street lights and installation of wires. These are also called as octagonal steel poles
7. Steel Coils:
We supply 245 MPA / 345 MPAfrom Galvanised plain sheet & Coil ( GP Coil) width 1220 mm & 1250 mm used for purlins and automobile. We also supply 0.4 – 0.8 mm thk Colour Coated galvanised coil ( PPGI ) and colour coated galvalume coil used for roofing materials. PPGI is pre painted galvanised steel also know as pre coated steel which is hot dip zinc coated steel. PPGL is pre painted galvalume steel which is hot dip zinc aluminium steel. These are used for machine , green house , warehouses etc.
8. Sagrod:
sag rods are used to provide alignment for these members for the attachment of the steel panels and to reduce their tendency to bend laterally and twist
9. Polynum Insulations
It is energy saving reflective insulation used for temperature control, heat and sound inside the structures. The thickness varies from 4 mm -20 mm thick based on usage of structure. This is safe nontoxic fibre free insulation.
