Secondly, the time to build these PEB structures is comparatively faster than conventional structures as most of the part is factory built and needs installation at site. The factors that should be considered are the designing phase which is based on discussions as per customers want the PEB to be designed, After completion and approvals of designs any further drawings are made for production, Till this phase no purchase of materials can be done as shop floor drawings will decide the purchase of materials for structures and this is where the actual timelines are not noticed by most of them. The materials used for PEB are varied range as there are lot of materials included in construction of PEB. These material are plates, steel coils, color coated coils, nut bolts, Polycarbonate sheets, turbo ventilators etc. These all are main and visible materials for the structures but while fabrication of these materials there are lot of materials which are used to for the structures quality.
